The first and most important part of each project, no matter big or small is the first meeting. We meet with a client to listen and understand their needs and their project. The initial conversation is very important we need to communicate with the client and to understand clearly what they want. Next we explain our building/renovation process, what they can expect from us. If the client has already house plans, we will review the plans and specifications and prepare a detailed quote. If he/she does not have plans, we will suggest an architect to create plans of their liking. During the first meeting any questions or concerns should be addressed in order to understand the full scope of the project. Upon request, we will provide our Contractors license and insurance policies.
Quote
Once we have reviewed the provided set of plans, we create a detailed quote for the project cost. The client can then request the removal of certain items or inclusion of additional features to the project based on their budget. We then review the quote with the client and make any necessary adjustments and provide them with a detailed specifications sheet. A contract will then be given to the client to take home and review.
Signed Contract
After the client reviews the documents and signs the contract to build, we apply for all necessary building permits. Once we receive all permits we will begin construction.
