Building 4 affordable, quality-build manufactured homes for a short time frame was the biggest challenge in this project.

Manufactured homes are factory-built homes engineered and constructed in accordance with the federal building code administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The HUD code was established in 1976. We build 4 free standing single family two-sectioned homes in Richmond City for this customer. The homes were build to fit well in the area and helped improve the appearance of the street.
